Year 12 students of PRIME schools in the Hunter interested in a Mining Engineering career are encouraged to apply to UNSW’s Faculty of Engineering Admissions Scheme (FEAS). The FEAS gives students’ the opportunity to demonstrate their passion for engineering and performance in relevant subjects to support your ATAR.
The program offers an alternative pathway for students who would like to study at UNSW but who’s ATAR does not meet the Guaranteed Entry Rank for admission into Mining Engineering was identified.
The mining industry is currently dealing with a shortage of mining engineers and this program provides an ideal way to start a career in the sector.
