According to RDA Hunter CEO, Todd Williams, the Asian Cup semi-final being held at Hunter Stadium is as much about promoting the region as it is about sport,
“I spoke to people who came up for the Oman game. I was talking to the Omanians who you wouldn’t normally have an opportunity to talk to. They were here to watch soccer but they are always interested in investment opportunities.”
