With the support of NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet, Hunter Defence will represent the Hunter region at the international maritime expo, Pacific 2017, being held at Sydney’s International Convention Centre from 3rd to 5th October.
Hunter Defence will showcase the region as a centre for cross-ADF sustainment, highlighting the Hunter’s defence industry capability and skilled workforce. The region’s strengths will also be promoted to national and international visitors in a targeted welcome event being staged by Hunter Defence. The event will feature The Hon Greg Pearce MLC, Commodore Peter Scott, CSC RANR and Hunter representatives preceding the Expo. RDA Hunter’s ME Program and STEMship as well the Hunter Defence Strategy will be advocated.
